Glenn has spent the past 25+ years helping to grow businesses from concept to successful venture. He has created and implemented organizational growth through organic, acquisition and funding exercises. Glenn's deep experience in the use of technology and in analyzing and developing original business models, strategic plans, and optimized business processes complements the simultaneous improvement of overall financial performance and efficiency.

Throughout Mr. Reed's career he has served in Executive Leadership roles, working with, and advising CEO's, Boards and ELT members at several performance-oriented enterprises. Most recently having been CFO at a private tech company that saw a four-fold value increase and successfully concluded a significant liquidity/investment round. Previously he has served in multiple industries spanning Tech to Manufacturing; B2B and B2C. During his career he has worked at EY, one of the world's largest Accounting firms, as well as being on the leading edge at companies such as 1-800-FLOWERS.com (FLWS; NASDAQ), a retailer, internet pioneer and innovator in the floral and gifting market, CorrectNet, Inc., a leader and pioneer in the SaaS space for secure reporting of confidential information and NBTY, Inc., a publicly held vertically integrated manufacturer, marketer and retailer (NTY; NYSE). 

Glenn leverages his financial and business acumen through various community and regional civic activities including leadership roles with the United Veteran's Beacon House, as a Trustee for this organization that supports Veterans, Boys Scouts of America, as a Trustee on his School District's Board of Education and for a regional nonprofit health care system.

 

Mr. Reed received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Chartered Global Management Accountant.
